Remote IT Support
Changes made to your business network that could interfere with the compatibility or functionality of Kyocera installed equipment not limited to: IP scheme, Internet Service Providers, hardware/software, movement or replacements of workstations/services, firewall, windows or user password updated etc. are not covered under Kyocera Copier Maintenance Agreements and will result in a charge at the standard rate of $175.00 per hour plus tax after initial 20 minutes of remote support.
At Kyocera’s discretion, a support technician may provide no-cost remote assistance to aid in diagnosing malfunctioning hardware that may be covered under a maintenance and service agreement. If a hardware malfunction exists and is covered by your maintenance agreement, a hardware technician will be dispatched to resolve the malfunction under the conditions of your hardware service agreement.
Remote assistance exceeding 20 minutes will be invoiced at an hourly rate of $175.00 plus tax, with a minimum one hour charge.
